Individual Subscription - (Most Standard Individual Subscribers)
The individual subscription is the same dependable 5 pass program you have subscribed to in the past but includes many improvements. Begins 3rd week of October and ends after 4 fall passes weather permitting or December 18th. The Spring pass begins the 3rd week of May weather permitting. If you had high volume last season you will automatically be directed to the enhanced PLUS+ Subscription below.

This Subscription is for any subscribers that are new to the program and/or have documented leaf program volume that is below the maximum St Joe County Subsidy level. You will be directed automatically to the Standard Early Bird Subscription in the shopping cart.

Any subscriber renewing that is automatically directed to the PLUS+ Subscription Program had a very high volume of leaves in previous season/s.  

The PLUS+ Subscription provides a better solution for high volume users that discounts the high volume subscription that requires the additional surcharge for volume over the county subsidized volume max and also includes similar benefits compared to the HOA Unlimited Program. 

Subscribers can also purchase a PLUS+ subscription for an individual that does not live in an active HOA to receive the higher service level that is comparable to what an HOA Unlimited subscriber receives. See program benefit comparison chart on Group/HOA page.
PLUS+ Subscription - (Best Individual Subscriber Program)
PLUS+ is for subscribers with high volume needs and those that want unlimited collection passes because you have oak trees that drop very late. The PLUS+ subscription provides unlimited volume for your own address and adds benefits similar to the HOA Unlimited Program. The PLUS+ subscription is also for individuals that are not part of an active or participating HOA that are seeking the unlimited benefits of the HOA Unlimited subscription. Group Subscription - (Neighborhood Group(s) / Coordinator Required)
For those that co-ordinate a Group Subscription, all Group subscribers enjoy many of the benefits of the HOA Unlimited subscription at a rate that is discounted from the individual cost of the PLUS+ subscription. To select this subscription type requires a Group co-ordinator and list of the participating addresses.

Group Subscriptions can be applied for using the Group/HOA application form on the Group/HOA page. Groups can receive subscription discounts and added service benefits. See Program Subscription Benefit comparison chart on the Group/HOA page. 

Group/HOA form is required to be completed for consideration with the addresses of all Group participants. Volume is documented specifically by address and volume is a key determining price factor. Group pricing cannot be provided without a list of all addresses participating.
HOA Subscription - (Board Member(s) Application Required)
Best price! Best service! The new HOA Unlimited Program provides a much higher level of service for you and your neighbors because you are all working together. Complete the HOA form with all requirements to be considered for the HOA Unlimited Program. You will be directed to the form when you select HOA option.Requires HOA Board member participation and contact details.

The huge number of benefits available through an HOA subscription can be reviewed on the Group/HOA page in the Program Benefit chart provided. Individuals can receive similar benefits through a PLUS+ subscription. HOAs receive best pricing due to subscription volume.
