Missed Leaf Collection

Before filing a "miss form" please completely read and follow below:

1. Please Check the Status Map - Please check the Map Status prior to emailing a miss form to ensure your area is highlighted in the applicable completed color.
2. Please Read all the Rules to ensure your leaf pile conforms to all guidelines and was not passed by due to any non-conformances.
3. Please DO NOT file a "Miss" form if you have raked out after the vac has passed by or you see your neighbor's leaves are gone. Every vac driver takes a Pre & Post service, day and time stamped picture for every subscriber address EVERY time they complete the service pass, whether or not leaves are present. If your leaves were not out on time and you were passed by and not missed, we know it.

If your entire Township has been highlighted complete and you did not rake out after the vac passed by, please include the date that you did rake your leaves to the curb. If the leaves were at your curb PRIOR to the pass date, we will come back. Date and time stamped scouting video is taken before & after each Pass to provide proof of service as well as three other platforms/processes to provide documented objective proof of every service pass for every subscriber.

Three additional platforms that provide service tracking in addition to the service pictures and scouting video are:

A. Fleet GPS Vapor Trails - Vehicles/vacs have GPS units that provide proof of service.
B. Productivity Tracking - Team Members are geo location tracked while working.
C. Routing Platform - Routes display completed addresses in real time with crew location.

Please ensure the day & time you raked your leaves to your curb is accurate to prevent disqualification during the video review process. In the event of any disputes, all digital proof of service will be provided to St. Joe County for final review. Digital proof of service process review is not available to the subscriber. All St. Joe County Recycling service verification processes are proprietary.
